The Certificate of Financial Reliability represents an independent confirmation that a company operates in a financially stable, reliable, and above-average successful manner. It helps strengthen the company’s reputation, increase its visibility, and communicate to partners, customers, and suppliers that it belongs among the most financially reliable business entities in Slovenia. The certificate can significantly contribute to greater trust when establishing new business relationships and collaborations.
The certificate can be obtained by companies, sole proprietors, and other business entities that meet strictly defined creditworthiness criteria. A company must demonstrate an above-average financial position, an appropriate capital structure, liquidity and solvency, as well as a low probability of experiencing payment difficulties in the future. All criteria for obtaining our certificates are publicly available in the General Terms and Conditions for the issuance of the Certificate of Financial Reliability.
Only 12.14% of all business entities in Slovenia qualify for the elite group of recipients of the Certificate of Financial Reliability (and only 8.74% for the Premium Certificate). This means that the certificate is awarded only to a narrow group of companies that achieve above-average standards of financial reliability.
The standard Certificate of Financial Reliability confirms that a company ranks among the most financially stable business entities in Slovenia. The Premium Certificate of Financial Reliability is intended for the most elite group of companies with an exceptionally low probability of deterioration in payment capacity and further emphasizes prestige, credibility, and business excellence.
The Basic Package includes the assessment of the entity, the issuance of the Certificate of Financial Reliability (digital format), the Certificate Report (digital format), and the Certificate E-Badge.
It is intended for companies that wish to demonstrate their financial reliability and credibility in a simple way. It is suitable for smaller companies or those just entering the market and needing a basic confirmation of trustworthiness for business partners.

Yes. The Certificate of Financial Reliability can also be ordered in Slovenian language (Certificate SI). In addition to the Slovenian Certificate, you can also order the Certificate E-Badge and the Certificate Report in Slovenian.
No, the Certificate of Financial Reliability E-Badge cannot be ordered without ordering the Certificate in printed or digital form. The E-Badge is intended for use on websites, in emails, and in other digital communication channels to further emphasize the company’s financial reliability.
