• To inform you about news and current offers from our company (direct marketing of the controller’s services)
• To provide you with periodic business news

Legal basis for personal data processing: Your personal consent provided to us when subscribing to newsletters (6/1(a) GDPR) or when purchasing our services (226/2 ZEKom-1).

Retention period of personal data: Until your consent is withdrawn

4. If you are our subscriber:

You may receive our newsletters as a subscriber to our services without subscribing to them. 

Purpose of personal data processing:

• To inform you about news and current offers from our company (direct marketing of the controller’s services)
• To provide you with periodic business news

Legal basis for personal data processing: Our legitimate interest in maintaining contact with you as a subscriber to our services (6/1(f) GDPR).

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes at any time (21/2 GDPR).

Retention period of personal data: Until you object.

5. Users of personal data:

Categories of personal data users: web hosting service providers, marketing tool providers

Users with whom the controller has appropriate data processing agreements process personal data solely according to the instructions and under the control of the controller.

6. Information about individual rights:

As an individual, you have the right to request access to personal data and correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data processing. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data or request their transfer.

If the processing of personal data is based on your personal consent, this consent may be revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal.

Rights can be exercised by a written request sent to the controller’s address or by email to info@ebonitete.si. 

Unsubscribing from newsletters (essentially revoking consent/objecting) is also possible at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the received newsletters. The controller will promptly cease using your personal email address and inform you accordingly.

7. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

A complaint regarding the controller’s actions concerning the protection of personal data can be lodged with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
